Admission

How can I enter the Automotive Engineering program?

porta grátis íconeAdmission to the Automotive Engineering program can be done in two ways. One is through the traditional entrance exam (vestibular), held at the end of the year (note that registrations usually close by the end of September or early October). Information about the exam notices is published on the Coperve website: Vestibular UFSC. The second way to enter the program is through SISU. There are 25 spots available to start in the first semester and another 25 for the second semester, based on exam scores from Vestibular and SISU. In total, there are 35 spots via Vestibular and 15 spots via SISU.

In addition to admission through the exams, students who are already attending an engineering program or another program in the area of  science can apply for external transfer (if you study at another university) or internal transfer (if you are already a student at UFSC), provided that there are seats available in the program. Seats and application calendars are published here.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office () or the Program Coordinator!
