How can I enter the Automotive Engineering program?
Admission to the Automotive Engineering program can take place in two ways. One of them is through the traditional entrance exam, which is done at the end of the year (note that applications for the exam generally end at the end of September or beginning of October). There are 25 seats for the first semester and another 25 seats for the second semester. The second way to join the program is through the Unified Selection System (Sisu). In addition to admission through the exams, students who are already attending an engineering program or another program in the area of science can apply for external transfer (if you study at another university) or internal transfer (if you are already a student at UFSC), provided that there are seats available in the program.
